Do you check your Twitter and Facebook account first thing in the morning and last thing at night? Do you spend more than an hour a day on social media sites? If you do, does this mean you're addicted? Not necessarily. But it is interesting to view the statistics about how people are using social media in their daily lives and how it's changed how they get their news and information. Case in point:
