Automate Your Research with Google Alerts
If you want to automate your research on any topic, you really should check out the nifty free Google Alerts service. I use it every day to keep track of several topics that I'm interested in and to get ideas for my articles and blogs.
You can use this service to keep track of stories about your company, your competitors and anything else you might be interested in. Think of it as a automated clipping service.
Here's
how it works. You pick a topic or keywords to track and then Google
Alerts sends you an email to let you know the latest Google results
(web, news, etc.) about it. It does all the work, you reap all the
benefits. It's like having your own research assistant on staff.
